In this household I and the children are in charge of collecting firewood. Given that unity trading centre where we stay is highly populated and busy, we have to travel far off into the host community for firewood. Previously when we were using the 3-stone fire stove, we would collect firewood twice a week. However, ever since we received the rocket lorena stove from CORE, our firewood consumption has reduced and we only collect firewood once a week.
